His research focus is on the effect of aging on the relationship between executive functions and balancing behaviours. He fulfilled his clinical training requirement in the summer of 2022, completing his full pre-doctoral internship at the neuropsychology unit at the Allan Memorial Institute and the memory clinic at the Jewish General Hospital. He has extensive experience in the neuropsychological assessment and diagnosis of various neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, etc.), as well as other acquired conditions (e.g. traumatic brain injury, psychosis disorder, neurodegenerative disorder). He is a student member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. Thus far, Sana has received training in neuropsychological assessments in a variety of location in Montreal, including the Jewish General Hospital and the Allan Memorial Institute. She has also received training in therapy and clinical intervention at in-house university clinics and community centres. She is interested in looking at the different effects ADHD has on the lives of individuals from a young age to adult life, and is excited to keep learning as she moves forward with the Cognition Clinic.
