Laurence Lai Therapist & PhD Student Laurence Lai Therapist & PhD Student Laurence Lai (Therapist & PhD Student) is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at Concordia University. His research focus is on the effect of aging on the relationship between executive functions and balancing behaviours. He fulfilled his clinical training requirement in the summer of 2022, completing his full pre-doctoral internship at the neuropsychology unit at the Allan Memorial Institute and the memory clinic at the Jewish General Hospital. He has extensive experience in the neuropsychological assessment and diagnosis of various neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, etc.), as well as other acquired conditions (e.g. traumatic brain injury, psychosis disorder, neurodegenerative disorder). He is a student member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. Regan Palmerio Clinical Administrator Regan Palmerio Clinical Administrator Regan Palmerio is a recent graduate of McGill University (BSc Psychology, ’22). She has extensive practical and administrative expertise in mental health. Since 2020, she has been a crisis counselor with Kids Help Phone, working with youth struggling with a range of situations, many exacerbated by the pandemic. As an administrator, she has supported the Centre for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CCBT) in Toronto; Regan has also been involved in research work, notably at McGill University’s Memory and Forgetting Lab. She is presently pursuing a Master’s of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School (Toronto). Sana Rehan Therapist & PhD Student Sana Rehan Therapist & PhD Student Sana Rehan is a Ph.D. Candidate in Clinical Psychology fat Concordia University and is completing her dissertation on the links between sensory, psychosocial, and cognitive function in older adults with (or at risk for ) Alzheimer’s disease. Thus far, Sana has received training in neuropsychological assessments in a variety of location in Montreal, including the Jewish General Hospital and the Allan Memorial Institute. She has also received training in therapy and clinical intervention at in-house university clinics and community centres.
